Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine vs. FDA

The case is called Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine versus FDA, and the alliance appears to be a group of anti-abortion doctors. The lawsuit here has sort of two big legal claims. First it's a challenge to the FDA approval of Miffa-Pristone 23 years ago. And second, it's an argument that actually no abortion medications can be mailed because of the Comstock Act.
