How to Use Survey Data to Make Meaningful Estimates

Many of the analyses that are fit to the smallest survey data sets involve fitting predictive models to the survey data. This is because an individual's full job history is very quote unquote high dimensional. And it's just infeasible with a small survey data sets to include every possible history that an individual has. So our goal was to develop ML methods that use an entire work history to predict their next job.
