Is There a Technique That Will Make the Eyes Look Elevated?

i tend to not want to use a lot of eyeliner o, just because of the transfer. No one wants to really keep having to applyother eye liner and stuff. If using a waterproof mascera, i'll take an angle brush and dip the brush into the mascera and use it as a liner. That enables me to get really close to the lash line, so it looks like the eye has a line. But it's waterproof, so i know that that's not going to move. So what kind of brush do yo?
