How Do You Know if You're Eating Enough Protein Every Day?

I would say no matter what making sure you eat a consistent and sufficient amount of protein every day regardless of what strategy you're following it's definitely the way to go. I almost took that for granted that people are just eating adequate protein but yeah that's rule number one right is just appropriate number of protein and calories  and those things as you're saying influence each other so if you're eating sufficient protein that's going to help regulate your calorie intake or something like that.
