How to Transfer Ischemic Stroke Patients to an Outside Center

Mount Sinai rolled out this CT, CT head CTA head and neck protocol for every stroke subtype. Unfortunately, what we're not able to do at the present moment is doing CT perfusion imaging with high fidelity at various primary stroke centers or even at some referral stroke center sites. So our recommendation to our sites right now is if you're seeing that, your patient's exam is really good, that's actually the patient you should be watching even more closely.
