i learned this at 35, so i've only been practising this one for 19 years. It's thinking about everything in your life in ten year time frames. And if you will do that, all i can tell you i what happened for me. Peace and calm came over me. I felt less urgent. I started making better decisions. Ironically, i got there faster. When you're in that now now now mentality, you're making bad decisions. So when every decision in your life is now a tenure decision, oh, it's just so, so can't even explain it to you, and so obvious i go into more detail. Love that. Thank you so much for list
