A lot of media writing, I think, tends to jump to generalizations rather than understanding the detailed tech developments that are happening underneath the surface. As a journalist, I'm really struggling sometimes to tell these complex technical stories and there's not a lot of guidance for them. People were humans, we're always fascinated by the weird, the unusual, the negative.
