The bill allows anybody with no connection or traditional form of standing, to sue for a minimum of ten thousand dollars every person who aids and abets each abortion. A tats ten thousand dollars per aider, in a better per abortion. The purpose behind these kind of novel provisions is to make it harder to get preinforcement federal court review.
