There's not too much disagreement at the ultimate level. The whole idea that you proceed by weighing out a position, giving arguments for that position rather than just asserting them or appealing to a mystical intuition. That sort of methodology of what we would typically consider philosophy is being increasingly recognized as part of Indian philosophy.
