Diet Recomposition
Body recomposition is building muscle and losing fat at the same time. It's kind of doing both of those things simultaneously, to extent. Recomposition isn't nearly as rare as some people would suggest. The best way to do that is just follow best practices for weight loss with a moderate deficit of protein.
