The advent of the a b c t squared score is the idea of people with very low risk of future stroke. So so low that you can sort of encourage an out patient workup. Beyond that, you can use a rist stratification tool to try to ris stratify them as sort of high, medium or low risk. We all use this, to be honest with you, to varying degrees.
