The Importance of Having a Roommate
If you live in an area where the rental market would substantiate that and that would help you offset the cost of your mortgage, at least for a season, it's not the craziest idea. A roommate that feels a little later you can limit with. The good news is this is not sustainable forever. Ray always tells people if you can get your financial household in order, that's why I pay attention to the financial order of operations.
