One of my former students designed this kitchen. I guess indirectly, i'm sort of like a grandmother to this kitchn. The office is really in the middle of things, and so the management can really take look at what's happening. They also have two monster ice machines. And both of them have big trench drains in front of them. Wherever you have ice, you want to have a floor drain. Because that ice, when you scoop it out, some of it's going to fall on the floor.
