The Importance of Flexibility in Platform Initiatives
Senior back ends are the ones that have more of a stay in the organization and so it's really important that you have very flexible golden paths. Developers sort of say can choose their own advantage right obviously within the constraints of your rules, rpac and everything that you can do with the platform to make sure that you know things don't screw up. The problem is if you optimize for this everyone else is gonna hate you.
