How to Use Lip Liner for a Red Carpet Look

I like a matte lip, but I don't necessarily always like something to look lipsticky. So I'll often just use lip liner as the color. What I do for a red carpet is I'll use a liquid lipstick so that I can get that super, super precise line. You might have to get on board with a lip brush. Or you use the very, very, very edge of the dough foot.
