Also at stake are the survival of the Voting Rights Act, as well as a state’s authority to ban conversion therapy, and the rights of transgender athletes. We talk about how the conservative-leaning Roberts court might rule, and what role the Court will play in supporting or stopping Trump’s efforts to shape the country.
