Ginko has taken a stance that they are not values neutral when it comes to what programs they will take on. This is in contrast to some other technology platforms, where they tended to be neutral with respect to what content and work they would do using their platform. A lot of our internal diversity, equity inclusion efforts essentially have a business motivation behind them,. candidly, because we think a more diverse work force willb in a better position im to see around those corners.
