The Conundrum of Seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis

Seronegative rheumatoid arthritis is a heterogeneous group that may end up having lupus or pseudorh. Radiographs can be helpful, although there is no pathonomonic feature to say this is chronic CPP inflammatory arthritis. Finding contrapalsinosis in the MCP joints is fairly uncommon. There's not a whole lot of cartilage right there.
