Is Biden a Tyrant?

Biden says protesters are entitled to be outrageous, but history and common sense is nothing they've suffered from. That's a far cry from all those times Trump interrupted his own speeches to demand protesters be kicked out or times he responded with glee protesters being assaulted at his rallies. The part where this picks up after the cut where Biden says quote, 'Now America must choose' is actually from earlier in the speech.
