I think that the biggest delta that we could do today, low cost, high value, is being more intentional about opening up the set of possibilities and increasing in as much of as possible the probabilites for success in learning. The best way to incentivize someone is to say, hey, it's possible and probable that you do this. I have a friend that studied paleontology. She happened to have an uncle that was this and that, right?
