How to Measure Expectations for New Hires in the First 10 Days
The expectations are laid out right away. There's a graphic that we show them that says, here's our process of onboarding. At day 10, you're going to take a final exam that tells us if you have learned the content or not. It might just be that this one component of the business or your job, you need a little extra training on and we'll spend another day or two going back over that. So this is part of the process. Our goal is obviously to get everyone to success. But if the coordinator has to make that hard decision, we want to make it easier on them to do so.
