The Constrained Vision

Lysander spooner said that human nature is what it is and isn't going to be changed. And so we shouldn't try totalitarian programmes to change it in order to bring about our amazing vision of what the world coul be. But instead we'll wind up creating some horrific totalitarian nightmare, and not exactly have a wonderful society to show for it. We'll break a lot of eggs, but never get the omelet.
