For me, when it comes to like the front facing stuff, making the words as simple as possible. When it comes to explaining what it is that you do, that's where nuance gets involved and context gets involved. So I don't think people that box themselves in can do very well. And so for you, it's depending on who you talk to, the language or quote unquote niche if we use business terminology changes.
