The System of Legislative Session

Legislators are only in session January through June. They have a bunch of breaks for like joint finance committee budget. So, yeah, they're just part-time. It's half ass. I mean, we get... The system is built to get to a certain end. And unless you're brave enough to sort of raise your hand and be like, well, that doesn't make any sense,. Or nobody, why is all cops personnel records a secret? Why do the corporate law council act in secret? Well, that's the way it's designed.
