The Importance of Improvisation

"I work with this woman, Jesse Stern-Shrews, who has a company called the Improv Effect," he says. "She's got this company where she uses applied improvisation to help with trainings on team communication and, um, ideation and, and all of this stuff" He adds that aside from her, just about everybody else I've seen do this has had loads of fun.
