The Importance of Fearlessness

I'm not very fearless, but when I see people that I idealize and I see what they talk about, it streams of fearlessness. Sports is a fantastic proxy for entrepreneurship in general. Fearlessness is putting it all on the line and having an innate confidence that you won't lose it. It's tough to make money as a VC - especially whether return expectations are so high out of you.
