How Did You Find Mentors and Role Models in Your Career?
Bers says medicine is very personal, and our career pas ere often influenced by personal or life stories. At the beginning, they were doused frym my colleagues and patients that a female gastrontrologist can perform a decent procedure because it's pretty am vicorous. I feel like those women, we have to work two times or three times as hard just to earn that same respect. And i think it can weigh on you as as a provider over time.
