Glucose and Fructos for Breakfast

Study looked at the improved time to exhaustion with a combining glucas and fructos for breakfast. There was no change in metabolism during exercise, which i think is really important. The more carbohyded, the worse tort were actually used,. rather than just to burn more carps and less fate. Make sense?
