Most people can't move that way to where the juice is worth the squeeze. Once someone exhausts a goblet squat, because you can go heavy. But I just think that we there's much safer decisions to make split squatting till you're blue in the face. And then once you're able to start doing that, then I think we could start transitioning to a bar.
