How Might We Test This?
If the new platform has to do everything the old one did, and then some, you're never going to finish building that. The only way out of this trap is MVP thinking where you say, okay, we're going to support 30% of the functionality at first with this limited audience. And so what I like to do is how would we test that? If you just suck it up and put the feature in, you've taken the eight week hit on your launch date.
