A good manager reposes open ended questions, and then these anden use that to basically guide a brain storming process. So i guess im if you really want do brainstomp session, is that it's important that you really have this role as facilitator, or as coach in that sense. I'm not trying to over nopower it, because i guess people also often say, oh, ye, with whatever you say is right. Or they they might ne you know, feel that.
