What's absolutely imperative kes on is coming at whatever this need youre anticipating with enthusiasm and excitement. A lot of problem solving where you're identifying problems, youre solving them without being told to tis. And lastly, whatever your strengths are, you need to be decisive, and you need to take initiative on those decisions that you think need to be made.
