Unconscious Bias Training
I think sometimes organizations hide behind that and they do the same thing and something goes wrong in the organization bad people. We don't look at the structural reasons why that's happening. I almost think that those unconscious bias trainings are almost dangerous in a way because it's almost like, okay, we've done this unconscious bias training, we're done and we can go ahead. It really needs to be much more than just being like,Okay, I'm dedicated to this topic and I really want to foster it. And it really needs this like long term sort of commitment to it.
