After years of teaching meditation and yoga in a past life, my dirty little secret was that i really struggled with meditation myself. Until i was diagnosed with tinidus, a loud, high pitched sound that i have in both ears as tatchig. And i started to wonder, what could this make a difference for me in the sound in my head? Like, if this never goes away, the thought at that time was devastating to me. But overtime, i started to realize that i was gaining the ability to not just have this sound consume me 24 seven, but actually just be there and not bother me.
