I think the first time I came across your name was probably about two years ago now, the beginning of my journey. And perhaps I'm mistaken, but I believe I read that you did a very personalized approach, writing letters. But am I right in that you took quite a unique approach to your outreach and then maybe it goes back to the cultural aspect of where you were searching? Yes. We tried to and I mean, every search should be, you know, probably 70% generic in the sense of copy paste because search is always the same.
