The Importance of Honor and Respectability in Elders

An elder must be still reminded, self controlled and respectable. I find you to be all three of those things. There's a discernment and a wisdom and a love that's combined with a great conviction and compassion for those that he's serving as a shepherd. It seems to me that honor and respectability has sort of fallen on hard times.
