Instead, DOJ and Hunter's lawyers effectively hid that part of the agreement. The pre-trial diversion agreement as written was actually much broader than the gun charge. So it sounds like if this is a sweetheart plea and it's just got completely blown up by the judge. It's pretty amazing"
