Peer Assessment Is So Compassionate

The cumulative effect of peer assessment is so compassionate for students. By removing the mysteriousness of evaluation, we are relieving their stress. With relatively little training, students can assess one another with similar competence and consistency to teachers. It's much easier to look at somebody else's text than to improve our own.
