The areas that got most juiced, the prices went stratospheric, are in those mountain west and southern metropolitan areas. That goes to the pandemic, to a large degree, remote work. If you look at the migration patterns, there's still a lot more people leaving those big urban areas for those other areas but less so than was the case at the peak back in 2021.
