If we could say there's an ultimate in tantra, it would be the meeting of the right and left sides of the brain where the masculine and feminine within us meet. And that opens us into the phenomena of the ultimate union with the universe, cosmic orgasm. We need to bring consciousness awareness and meditative quality to our sex because instead of just doing it, we're being present with the sensations, the feeling and the energy. This is how sex and meditation need to come together for this experience. So if someone's on their own, they can still practice. It doesn't really matter, are you going to practice alone or together?
