How to Prepare for an Exam

If you don't sleep well enough, you are not going to be focused. So there's no point wandering into the exam completely burnt out. Make sure that you're contantly exposed to the exam in a gentle fashion,. Not cramming, not panicking, and building yourself up over a period of time.
