Once the standard care hasn't worked and they're effectively released from um the oncology care it's then hard to get tested again is that what you're saying? Yes yes sometimes but I don't want that to come across the arbitrary to what you're doing. And there's also a real shift to a patient sometimes where they feel like they've undergone a lot of sometimes invasive interventions and now they just want to let it be. Some of the cases that I've loved working with the most are people who've chosen to live their life the way they want and lived with cancer as a chronic disease rather than something that needs to be eradicated at all costs.
