For those who aren't tracking, we talk about top secret. That's kind of vertical security classifications. Then you have horizontal classifications or compartments. And so your sensitive compartmented information, SCI, that's your intelligence sources and methods to derive the threat informed information. When they say fully informed, that's the SCI part, so the intel about the threat and then all of the technology and capabilities. The other side are called special access programs.
