The Effects of Vitamin a on Vision
There are no treatments for retinitis pigmentosa, although vitamin A may slow the loss of vision in some forms. Peter underwent an experimental treatment in Moscow every summer from the ages of 15 to 30. It's not clear that it actually helped his site, but it did help him open up with other people who were like him.
