Elder Scrolls - The Right Protagonist?

Elder scruwls protagonists are nobodi's - secretly somebodies. They can be anybody, you're just this random prisoner. Since you can pick your race, would be weird if you chose a lizard. But they didn't want to get patrick steart to play anyone but a regular muggle. So as far as i know, even in elder scrolls, the muggles can't breed at the lizards.
