The French Capitalist Class and the Unions in a Difficult Position

The CGT the main radical union just had a leadership election, which was coincidentally scheduled long in advance to happen. So it seems clear that the CGT membership uses use that as an opportunity express its displeasure with the current strategy of these intermittent strikes. I think that the unions are in a difficult position because the CF DT the more centrist union does not is not going to want a general strike but the current strategy isn't working. And if the working glass is so mobilized that I think it will be politically untenable for the unions to just kind of keep to keep slowing the role like this.
