Ray Crock: I was always eager to see it come into my view. But sometimes that sight pleased me a lot less than other times. One of the most important things that ever happened to McDonald's is Ray hires this guy named Harry Sonneborn. He had previously worked at I think Dairy Queen. It started our evolution as a company whose business was developing restaurants and selling franchises to operate them.
