The Pros and Cons of a Uniform Civil Code
The Special Marriage Act was going in that direction but didn't go all the way. The alternative is what has been talked about many times a kind of uniform civil code. I'd welcome the mainstream to capture the LGBTQ agenda in quotes. There is no real agenda. Be the mainstream is running away as far as possibly can and by the government not the person on the street for whom these academic questions may not come to mind.
