The Differences Between Illiquid Supply and Long-Term Holder Supply
Long-term holder supply is a bit more affected by price movements than illiquid supply. During bull markets, like 2017 or 2021, you can see that the long-term holders supply has a drawdown for a little bit and then it catches up again. Liquid supply is less affected by these bull markets because when someone new comes into the market, but just starts stacking, he starts doing it in a bull market. But since illLiquid supply is not time-dependent, as soon as this person does not spend any of his Bitcoin, it will be marked illiquid, you know? So, therefore illliquid supply has a bit more continuous trend.
