I Take Refuge in the Dharma
I am my own worst enemy, but I'm also the jailer who holds the key to unlock the prison cell. That's a really profound understanding that is empowering and at the same time confirms to me that there's nowhere to hide because it's just me. The third one goes hand in hand with the teaching of I take refuge in the Sangha, which is the community. It may not be in a one on one setting that I have a closeness with you as the listener, but in a way, I'm extending my friendship to you by sharing my thoughts. Some of these are my inner deep thoughts, right?
